Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Lobbii collects, why, and who we share it with. We collect only what we need to run the service — finding the games you and your friends own in common.

Information we collect

• Account details: the email address, username, display name and avatar associated with your account (via our authentication provider).
• Connected platform data: when you link a game platform (Steam, Epic, GOG, Xbox, PlayStation, and others), we retrieve your owned games, playtime, and your platform user id/username to build your library. We do not receive or store your platform password.
• Group and social data: the groups you create or join, group membership, sessions, polls, and messages you send within Lobbii.
• Usage and device data: basic analytics and, if you enable notifications, a push token for your device.

How we use it

• To provide the core service: showing which games your group shares, coordinating sessions, and sending notifications you have opted into.
• To keep the service reliable and secure (error monitoring and abuse prevention).
• To improve Lobbii through aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share data with

We use third-party processors to run Lobbii. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

• Hosting and database (application hosting, authentication, and data storage).
• Game platform APIs (Steam, Epic, GOG, Xbox, PlayStation, and others) — queried to build your library.
• Price data (IsThereAnyDeal) — to show deals on watched games.
• Optional infrastructure: error monitoring, rate limiting, push notifications, email, and Discord integration — used only when configured/enabled.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, library, and group memberships. You may also disconnect any linked platform individually.

Children

Lobbii is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information from within the app, or by contacting us at midnightskiesdev@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lobbii, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lobbii. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use Lobbii for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the terms of the game platforms you connect.

Third-party platforms

Lobbii is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Steam, Epic Games, GOG, Xbox, PlayStation, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

Service “as is”

Lobbii is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Game ownership, pricing, and availability data come from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midnight Skies Dev is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Lobbii and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
